1.Front Desk Officer - 1 
Job Responsibilities: 

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and other official information.
- Maintain and manage the general filing and record keeping system.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference
- Maintain and monitor the adequacy of office utilities.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Coordinate with the required personnel for the repair and maintenance of office equipments.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and addressing them appropriately.
- Perform other clerical activities such as filing, photocopying, printing, etc.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Management
- Dependable, punctual and able to work in flexible working hours.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good command in English and Nepali language.


2. Office Assistant - 2 Nos (Preferably Male)

Job Responsibilities:

- Collect, distribute and forward communication materials to the respective personnel.
- Determine & check the inventory level, maintain warehouse, anticipate requirements and ensure safe delivery of the office supplies.
- Monitor equipment operation
- Maintain and manage schedule for picking-up and delivering items.
- Help the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
- Provide information to callers, greet persons entering into the organization and direct individuals to correct destination.
- Assist other administrative staffs in wide range of office duties.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Written and Verbal communication skill
- Must have higher secondary education
- Documentation skill
- Typing skill
- Must have own vehicle




3. Marketing Executives - 6 

Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding current and potential customers
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy
- Preparing, planning and managing all publicity materials to maximize brand promotion.
- Creating marketing campaigns and developing new innovative ways to communicate to the company and the existing customers.
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan
- Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
- Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within time scales.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (Social media, TV), exhibition and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Required to visit sites, dealer's showroom and make other necessary travels inside and outside valley or country if necessary.

Qualification and Experience

- At least Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business related degree.
- Ability to use initiative plans for the growth of the company and work under pressure.
- Must have three years of experience in marketing field
- Having experience in related field is highly preferred.
- Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
- Relevant product and Industry Knowledge
- Should be amicable and must have good communicative skills.
- Organizational and creative problem-solving skills
- Must have own vehicle.


4. Interior Designer- 4
Job Responsibilities:

- Site visit for measurement
- Should be able to design, prepare estimate and execute a modular kitchen and all interior designing project completely.
- Should be able to design modular kitchen and prepare quotation as per the requirement.
- Determine the client's goals and requirement of the project.
- Consider how the space will be used efficiently while designing.
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical plans.
- Site visit in installation period to ensure that customer is satisfied or not.
- Consider materials and costs according to set budget.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.

Qualification and Experience:
- Should be well versed with Auto CAD and 3D Sketchup.
- Completed certificate course in Designing
- Should have experience of working in Interior designer's office for more than 2 years.
- Good drawing skills, artistic ability , creativity and imagination
- Should have a pleasing personality and a dedicative attitude.
- Team work and ability to work under pressure
- Must have own vehicle.
