Description
The primary purpose of this Sales Manager role will be to identify and close sales. Successful candidates will be commercially aware, have new business development experience and fully understand how different businesses will benefit from our product. You will need to have the ability to identify new opportunities by a number of activities including, cold calling, lead generation, referrals, networking and developing relationships with industry contacts. The key to success will be an ability to generate sales through primarily your own initiatives.

• Manage overall performance of sales team and distributors
• Drive the team to achieve desired goals efficiently
• Be a result oriented, self motivated and hard working team player
• Plan business moves and execute them
• Build a strong PR with retailers
